What:                Regional Training on Energy Efficiency in the Industrial Sector

The training will focus on practical, business-oriented solutions that enable companies to reduce energy costs, improve productivity, and enhance long-term competitiveness, while fostering regional knowledge exchange among EAC Partner States. 

Purpose of the Training

• Build practical capacity of private sector industrial firms to identify and implement cost-effective energy efficiency measures
• Improve understanding of energy efficiency as a business and competitiveness tool, rather than a compliance obligation
• Share regional private sector experiences and case studies on industrial energy efficiency
• Support EACREEE’s broader efforts to scale up energy efficiency investments across the region in line with its 2025-2030 Strategic Plan.
