The Central Electricity Board (CEB) invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the procurement of 3000X2kWac grid-tied roof-mounted solar photovoltaic kits in the Republic of Mauritius.

CLOSING DATE: 18 October 2022, 1:30pm (GMT +4)

Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System. The reference number on the system is CEB/IFB/2022/4892. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Tuesday, 18 October 2022 by 1:30pm at the latest.

Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt
and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 18 October 2022 as from 2:31pm (GMT +4) until Thursday 20 October 2022 at 14 00hrs (local time).

Bids will be opened online on the e-Procurement System on Thursday, 20 October 2022 from 2pm up to 6pm (GMT +4) in the presence of the bidders’/bidder’s representatives at the address given hereunder:

Bidders shall submit a Bid Security for the amount of MUR 3M. The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder.
